Prospect Research Strategist II

Salary Range: $28.00/hr or higher commensurate with experience

The Prospect Research Strategist II supports key stakeholders by delivering reports, major gift prospect recommendations and prospect pipeline insights to university administrators. Prospect Management Analyst

University of Oregon, Hybrid                   
Salary Range: $22.84 - $34.70 per hour

Reporting to the Associate Director of Prospect Development, the Prospect Management Analyst audits and tracks prospect records while maintaining data integrity throughout the pipeline. Using a comprehensive knowledge of the Prospect Management System, this position reviews and revises policies, procedures, and reports, and engages key stakeholders in discussions and system review. In addition, this position conducts analytics and produces reports on prospect management data that provide essential information to development leadership and stakeholders about development activities and fundraiser performance.

Director of Prospect Research

Salary Range: $82,000 - $90,000

The Director of Prospect Research provides strategic leadership for prospect development, research, portfolio management, and fundraising analytics. This position partners closely with Advancement leadership and frontline fundraisers to expand the prospective donor pipeline, optimize portfolios, and deliver data-driven insights. This position designs and implements institutional strategies for prospect identification and data utilization to support the college's comprehensive fundraising campaigns and long-term philanthropic growth. Community Philanthropy Manager - Prospect Research & Management

Oregon Food Bank, In-person                   
Salary Range: $82,590 - $93,208

This position reports to the Community Philanthropy Associate Director – Operations and supervises three Prospect Research & Management Developers and vendors/consultants. You will perform duties, and supervise staff performing duties like complex reporting; data analysis, data systems design, and data entry; donor research; portfolio management; project management; facilitation of prospect strategy meetings, and more.
This position can perform their duties from anywhere within Oregon & SW Washington and establish a homebase from any of Oregon Food Bank’s facilities in Beaverton, Ontario, Portland, The Dalles, or Tillamook, OR. OFB can provide this position dedicated desk space within an Oregon Food Bank facility, or the role can be performed predominantly from a home office and attend periodically-required visits to OFB facilities.
