Assistant Director of Prospect Analytics

Search for Job #40300. The Assistant Director of Prospect Analytics applies extensive knowledge of data mining, descriptive, and predictive statistical modeling strategies to segment, analyze, and rank prospect pools, and to answer specific business questions that create fundraising efficiencies and improve fundraising effectiveness. Uses a comprehensive understanding of the fundraising process and how prospect development services support the business functions and needs of Cal’s development programs. Evaluates new tools, technologies, and data sources, and incorporates pertinent data in database by matching to prospect records. Results have major impact on campus-wide fundraising programs, resource planning, and fundraising decisions. Attends meetings and serves on internal/external committees as a campus representative and subject-matter expert.

Donor Systems & Data Manager

Senior Prospect Management Strategist

University of Washington, Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

The Senior PM Strategist is responsible for partnering with fundraising units to enhance the effectiveness of their frontline fundraising. They are also a leader (in partnership with the PM Director) focused on increasing the effectiveness of the four-person PM team through the development and implementation of processes that improve the quality and consistency of the team’s work. This position captures, analyzes, and advises on major gift prospect activity to help maximize returns from solicitations for private gifts and grants. Priority consideration will be given to applications received by January 17, 2023.

Portfolio Management Analyst

Responsible for strategically coordinating pipeline and portfolio activities across the PeaceHealth Foundations organization.
