The prospect management strategist tracks and fosters activity on major gift prospects to the University of Idaho, enhancing the University's overall fundraising efforts. Working with development officers and other frontline fundraisers to ensure focus on the best major gift prospects while ensuring these activities are captured within the database. The strategist disseminates Prospect Management policy and aids frontline fundraisers and support staff in interpreting the policy. The prospect management strategist provides frontline fundraisers with CRM dashboard reports on prospect portfolios, and other major gift prospect data highlighting the prospect pipeline activity.

Foundation Operations Manager

The Operations Manager manages and provides analytical support for many elements of the Foundation operations including direct intersection with Finance, Data Management, and Prospect Management. Operations manager will implement critical operational components including list design and delivery, metrics reporting and outcomes, database administrations and data integrity. This position will intersect with all primary functions of the foundation including significant support to the fundraising team and provide donor tracking software support.

The Development Coordinator performs all gift processing duties and recording, subsequent reporting and maintenance of databases for the Swedish Foundation and the Marsha Rivkin Center for Ovarian Cancer Research. They support external events, special events, annual giving, stewardship and major gift teams on projects as required. Provide staff with the needed training and skills necessary to successfully enter data, design and generate queries, export data, and produce lists and reports. Research and analyze data and prepare ad hoc and custom reports as required. Provide technical support and hold regular database training sessions. Establish and document database protocols.
