Director of Pipeline & Relationship Management

The Director of Pipeline and Relationship Management (PRM) at Western Washington University reports directly to the Assistant Vice President of Advancement Services and holds a pivotal position in supporting the university's fundraising efforts. In this role, the Director takes charge of overseeing the institutional portfolio pipeline, leveraging cutting-edge relationship management best practices, and implementing innovative technologies to offer data-informed observations and recommendations to achieve revenue goals. Collaborating closely with the Associate Vice President of Development, the Director also assumes responsibility for managing protocols, data, and reporting, ensuring seamless coordination within the advancement team.

Advancement Report Analyst

University of Oregon, Hybrid                   
Salary Range: $22.17 - $33.69 per hour

The Advancement Report Analyst converts data into information for colleagues by building and maintaining reports to meet business needs. The Advancement Report Analyst plays a critical role in supporting data-informed decision-making within the Advancement division. This position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and documentation of reports and dashboards in Evergreen (Salesforce), Apsona, and Tableau Cloud. The analyst collaborates closely with end users to understand reporting needs, translates business requirements into actionable insights, and ensures data governance standards are upheld.

Director, Prospect Research & Analytics

Salary Range: $6,012.09 - $9,403.52 monthly salary

As the Director, Prospect Research & Analytics for the WSU Foundation, you will lead a high-performing team focused on identifying, evaluating, and delivering strategic insights on existing and potential major gift donors to support Washington State University’s philanthropic mission and Advancement Services’ fundraising goals. In this role you will provide leadership in the development and execution of prospect research, data analytics, portfolio strategy, and business process improvements.
