The Philanthropic Services Business Analyst serves as an expert resource for database users across the Philanthropic Services Department. Skilled in data science, business analytics, and well versed in the work of development and donor relations, this role provides operational oversight for PSD of a comprehensive CRM and strategies for optimal metrics tracking, prospect and donor management procedures and donor research to support the Foundation’s philanthropic goals.

Director of Prospect Research

Seattle Children's, Seattle, WA (Hybrid/In-person)

Responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for a comprehensive donor prospect research program including prospect research, prospect management, measurement, and analysis. Develops, oversees, and implements systems to deliver proactive, reactive, and special project research. Works collaboratively with Foundation leadership to manage portfolios across team and formulates prospect assignment guidelines to ensure balanced prospect distribution among all fundraisers. Conducts donor prospect research, data analysis and interpretation and provides insight and recommendations to Foundation leadership and front-line fundraisers to inform decision making and to generate donor strategy. Stays up to date on industry trends and best practices and present recommendations to evolve and innovate on our prospect research practices. Leads prospect research team and supervises development research officer(s) and research strategist(s).

Associate Director for Prospect Research

University of Washington, Seattle, WA (Hybrid/In-person)

The Associate Director is the primary researcher for UW Medicine leadership and manager of research strategists assigned to UW Medicine and the Health Sciences. This position partners with fundraisers engaging with current and potential UW Medicine and Health Sciences donors, including the University President, to create and deliver prospecting plans to meet goals for transformational and institutional priorities funding. This position sets prospect research strategy and develops processes that improve the quality and consistency of the team’s research.

Manager, Pipeline & Portfolio Health

UNICEF USA, New York (Remote)

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Relationship Management (DD) the Manager, Pipeline and Portfolio Health will build, maintain, and advocate for clean data in the pipeline, from which increasingly accurate projections can be made to help drive UUSA’s aspirational goal to consistently reach $1 billion of impact annually. The Manager will partner with prospect managers across Individual and Institutional Philanthropy, as well as Philanthropy Insight colleagues to gather, investigate, and enter critical opportunity data that flows into UUSA’s pipeline and projections model. The Manager will drive data intelligence, accuracy, training, and auditing of the pipeline data.

Manager, Constituent Record Management

To improve the constituent experience, the Manager will partner with teams across Philanthropy, Technology, and Administration to continuously improve the Philanthropy Division’s data quality in UNICEF USA’s constituent relationship management database. Reporting to the Director, Data Management & Transformation on the Philanthropy Insight team, this role requires a firm grasp of fundraising principles, data integrity, querying and audit logic, and constituent record management proven practices. This includes collecting, reviewing, researching, analyzing, interpreting, validating, and entering information from a variety of sources with technical acumen and integrity.

Principal Prospect Analyst

The primary responsibilities of this position are principal gift donor identification, portfolio strategy and management, tactical prospect research, making recommendations regarding principal prospect solicitations, and strategizing and coordinating with team members across the institution to gather and analyze information to assess long-term philanthropic potential and influence strategic engagement with UO’s VIP supporters.
