Prospect management and research emerged as a field to support fundraisers, yet it can sometimes feel like the two teams speak different languages. Priorities don’t always align, efforts can become siloed, and balancing long-term pipeline development with immediate needs is a constant challenge. So what does effective collaboration really look like? In this session, we will hear from a gift officer, prospect researcher, and relationship manager as they share how they cultivated a cross-unit partnership at UNICEF to strengthen communication, align strategies, and enhance their fundraising.
