Back to Basics: Researching Institutional Prospects

If you are new to institutional prospect research, need a refresher, or are looking to pick up some new tips and tricks, please join us! This session will introduce prospect research regarding corporations, corporate foundations, and nonprofits. The presentation will provide background information, general approaches, how to use specific tools, what to do, and what not to do. We will discuss iWave, Foundation Search, Internet searches, reporting, and other topics. This session is aimed toward beginners, new graduates, or people who have been thrust into the world of institutional prospect research.
