Networking Role Description and Application

Often the most current information about a career field or specific job, may not be available online or in books. The best information comes from people - the people who are working in those jobs or that field. An Apra-NW networker is someone who is available to have that informal conversation with people about their job, the field they work in, or sometimes the geographic region they are in. They will provide information and advice about all of those topics and provide the person they are talking with firsthand, relevant information about the realities of working within a particular field, industry, or position.
