Changing America Through Powerful Prospect Research

It's often hard to see the bigger picture outside of our own work, goals, and tools of our profession. I believe that Prospect Research is the pivotal tool that can transform racial justice and equity in the US today. This is not theory or wishful thinking. I and others have made this part of our career and practice. There has been 20 years of hand-wringing around the lack of diversity, poor funding for organizations of color, lack of focus on equity and justice. Powerful and insightful prospect research, backed by leadership can change this dynamic fundamentally. Let's talk about how we can create a movement inside fundraising for racial equity, improved focus on justice with hard data, and research leading the way!
